*If you have already submitted an application for the 2020 New Mexico State Fair, that application will automatically carry over for the 2021 event.

Non-refundable $54.00 application fee.

  • UNIQUE FOOD - If you’re a food vendor, do you have a unique/unusual/creative food item you would like to include in the food competition? Please complete and return the Unique Food Application via email to
  • Coca-Cola is the official soft drink, sports drink, bottled water provider of the New Mexico State Fair. No other soft drink, sports drink, bottled water may be sold or advertised. Drink supplies for your concession must be purchased from the on-site commissary.
  • GRAZE DAYS - Yearly surveys show that the fair going public finds large food serving sizes with large price tags undesirable. The New Mexico State Fair offers patrons Graze Days, Thursday September 9th and 16th, from 11am to 4pm. All food vendors will offer one item from their menu (original portion size or smaller) for $3.

Application Fee
All applications require a $54.00 non-refundable fee. Each location you apply for requires a separate application and the associated fee. Select quantity 1 for each application.

Every item you would like to sell must be listed, must include size (if applicable), and price. If you are a service or display please list what will be displayed in your booth.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to: firearms, knives, swords, mace, martial art items, fireworks, illegal drugs, illegal drug related merchandise or paraphernalia, pornographic materials, offensive wording or graphics, counterfeit or “knock-off” items.

Note: Only those items you list will be considered for inclusion in your contract. All products for which you apply may not be approved for sale. Only those items listed on your contract, if you receive one, are authorized to be sold.
